  3.	How often medication is dispensed. (For example, as many times per day as needed, every other day, once per week, or once a month.)
  4.	Dosage (mg, cc or oz)
  5.	Quantity of medication to take. (number of pills to take)

• Take the guess work out of keeping track of what medication to take and what time to take them. • Inexpensive paper tape provides approximately 330 reminder tickets per roll. As an example, if you took 5 medications or tasks per day, the paper tape would last approximately 66 days.
